Financial Case Manager
Temporary full-time position available in Lynnwood.
Incumbent provides primary community support/case management to mentally
ill & substance abuse clients. Participates actively as a team member
in the delivery of client services, & the coordination of community
support services. Performs financial screenings, systematic financial
assessments, & determines clients’ eligibility. Incumbent
must have own vehicle to perform job functions. A Bachelor’s Degree
in B.H., Health Sciences, or related field and two years experience
in related field required. Must be able to use own vehicle daily in
carrying out the job functions. The Clinical Supervisor or Site Manager
may assign other duties as needed. Excellent verbal and written skills
are a must for this position. Must be bilingual or fluent in English/Spanish

Dental Assistant I
On-call position needed in for ambulatory clinic
in Marysville. Will assist providers in the delivery of dental
care plus extra responsibilities are as follows: Assist provider in
Restorative, Prosthodontics, Endodontics, Oral Surgery procedures and
any other procedures allowed by the WA dental practice act. Must have
basic life support (BLS) certification, organization skills, dental
record experience and familiarity with the utilization of computers.
Customer service skills a must. Bilingual in English/Spanish required.

Dental Receptionist
Full-time position available in Marysville. The
receptionist is needed to coordinate dental appointments, post patient
data, generate dental records, assist dental provider in maintaining
an appropriate flow of the front office and to facilitate the delivery
of dental care services to patients. Must have basic computer knowledge,
excellent verbal and written skills, and the ability to work with a
diverse multi-cultural population. Position Mandatory
requirement: Type 40-45 wpm, 2-3 years as Dental Receptionist
experience, customer service training, able to process at least 20 new

Nurse Manager
One Full-time position available for /new/ ambulatory
Clinic in Monroe. Must be a registered Nurse, B.S.N. or equivalent
and licensed to practice nursing in the State of
Washington. Knowledge of State and Federal Regulation as they apply
to Health Centers or Hospitals. Implements and updates Nursing Service
policies and procedures in cooperation with the Medical Director to
meet Sea Mar standards, philosophy, and governmental regulations. The
person in this position will select, supervise and evaluate nursing
personnel. Must have three years experience in nursing supervision &
two years organizational and budget management experience. Good communication
(both written and verbal) and team building skills a must. Bilingual
English/Spanish preferred but not required.
Medical Records Clerk I
One Full-time position. Incumbent will be
responsible for handling and processing the flow of all medical record
information to include documentation. He/she must be required to follow
instructions, work as part of the medical clinic’s team, and perform
other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Must be able to alphabetize
well and have the ability to prioritize tasks. Good organizational skills
are a must. Education and Training: HS diploma or Vocational School
graduate with some business training preferred. Knowledge of Windows,
Word and Excel required. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Medical Assistant I
Two Full-time positions available to assist
physician with patient flow and provide patient care in a safe and timely
manner. Requires that MA be licensed through category C. MA will assist
physician with Gynecology exams, and other minor procedures. Must have
ability to administer injections and distribute oral medications under
physician’s order. Bilingual, English/Spanish preferred.
Front Desk Receptionist
Two Full-time positions available. Incumbent
will be scheduling patients, maintaining patient flow and supporting
the delivery of medical care to patients. Incumbent must have basic
computer knowledge, excellent verbal and written skills and the ability
to maintain poise in stressful situations. Excellent customer service
skills required for this position. High school graduate plus one-year
of office experience is required. Bilingual in English/Spanish is required.
Lab Tech
One position available in Monroe. The Lab
Tech will be required to perform all routine laboratories and X-Ray
procedures. Must have graduated from an AMA approved Medical Technology
training program, or equivalent. Physician office laboratory experience
preferred. Bilingual, English/Spanish is required.
